I Am Roses Summer 2011 Blog Hop!

I'm excited to announce that the I Am Roses design team will be hosting an I Am Roses Summer 2011 Blog Hop on July 22nd! Mark your calendars! This is our first blog hop as a design team and we are really excited to share some of the new flowers with you in some creative and unique projects!

"Friendship"

I appreciate everyone of you for visiting and following along. It's very fun to create projects focused on a specific theme. I chose friendship because I'm very grateful for having great friends that support me in many ways.

I created this Layout and a card for my projects ( my best friend, Kristi and I. I was 9 months pregnant with Berlin). I used the new Prima paper " Moulin Rouge" collection for my friendship layout along with prima flowers & prima bling. For the card I used Stampin' Up cardstock, Stampin' Up stamp set. Colored the images with my watercolor pencils and glossy accent the red wagon. Hope you like my projects!

Iamroses Designer Project.

This is my iamroses designer project for the month of June. As you can see it's a very inexpensive way of altering items. Visit your local thrift stores and look around you never know what you'd find. I painted the candle holders in white acrylic paint then used iamroses flowers to embellish them. I used the white rose code R40 - 70 and the white flower code ZM - 15 for the center of the candle holders.

The flowers come in white so I also used my Lindys sprays to achieve the "shabby chic" look. I think they turned out just too cute ;)

This mini albulm was made for an IAR Design team project. I used the big brown petals and the mini brown petals to create the flowers. More information regarding this mini will be posted assp ;)

Stacey's Ribbon & Rhinestones Birthday Blog Hop 5/19-5/20

Hi Everyone,

For my project I made a Birthday card using Ribbon & Rhinestones. All the necessary ingredients to make this theme blog project. The cake on the card was cut from Sweet treats cricut cartridge at 3.5 inches, used ribbon as cake candles, a birthday ribbon, as well as the beautiful rhinestones.
