"Fall Time" Layout.

Fall is finally here! This is my favorite season of the year because it's the time for indoor crafting, hot coco, and cozy time while watching a movie.
For this months project I made this 12x12 layout. In this layout I used photos from last years trip to the Zoo.  My kids like the sound of the fallen leaves so I had to take a pictures.
The photos are very appropriate for this fall layout.
To mimic the leaves in the pictures I used an EK Success "maple leaf" punch. This gives not only a matching, but cute look to the layout. The leaves were  punched out from the paper stack "Cornucopia" by Me&myBigIdeas.

The paper is from Graphic45 " ABC primer" paper collection. You might ask yourself how is it possible to incorporate the abc primer collection in a fall layout? Well, easy! I used the backside of a patterned paper from the collection.  The craft envelope is by Maya Road, and the wooden letters are by 7 gypsies.
I had so much fun making this layout! You should get your kids pictures out and start Scrapbooking!
Thanks for stopping by.

Cheers,
Zoe

Heritage Layout.

This is a layout I made of my almost 90 year old grandmother. It's my first layout dedicated to her, I really liked how it came out and really looking forward to her seeing it soon.

I used La Creme paper stack by DCWV and Amy Butler paper stack by K&Company. Along with some blue seam binding, IAR flowers, scissor charm, vintage buttons, a heritage sticker, pearl bling, and lace corners.

Hope you like it. Pictures below.

Zoe

First Day of School Layout.

Greeting everyone,

I am so pleased to be part of the Roberts Crafts DT. As a designer I want to encourage everyone to visit the online store where you'd find all the products used to make my layout as well as an array of brand name products.

The theme came perfect as my daughters first day of school was last week.  She started 5th grade and I had to take a few pictures to scrapbook.

For this layout I was aiming for a fun and busy style. My daughter likes fun and colorful thought the colors green, black, and red would go great. The green 12x12 paper is really pretty it has glittered butterflies. On the top I used a black paper from the collection that has printed 5th grade on it so it was perfect, cut and used a 1"x 12" strip. I then punched out 3 butterflies and embellished it with prima flowers, prima bling, K &Company fabric flowers.

I used two 3x5 photos.  Along with products you can find at the RC online store. I will mention the products below.

- Grade School 12x12 paper stack.
- EK success butterfly punch
- Prima Annalee flowers
- Prima bling
- K& Company flora & fauna fabric art flowers

Thank you so much for stopping by.

Cheers,
Zoe Aparicio

I created is this mini album I received as a gift from my friend Jessica. She gave me the kit so what a better way to make the mini album using IAR flowers and products. I used the black roses code:R40-274, new sprays code:SP1, brown leaves code:K1-828. It turned out very pretty and the new flower sprays go well with the whole warm color palette. It's an odd shape mini so I worked hard to position the patterned paper just right. The paper I used is from DCW the new collection, along with some pretty gold trim, white doily, a heart charm, TH vintage key, and a brown bead long hanging charm.I binded the mini with basket rope twine. Hope you like it and try to create your own odd shape mini using the beautiful IAR products. My friend even made the box for storing the mini.

"The Life in Me" Embroidery Hoop Layout.

Hi everyone,
I created this embroidery hoop layout for my IAR July Design team project. I also made a how-to step-by step video, but unfortunately something went wrong when editing and it cut off last 2 minutes of video. However these photos show the end result of the hoop layout.
I used the Cherry Blossoms mix color pack Code:53-427 and the Mini Roses Code:T30-578. I also used the new BOBUNNY "Gabrielle" paper collection, teal rose trim, bling, fussy cut outs from the paper line, and Making Memories metal letters.
Hope you guys like it and try to create a hoop layout :)
~Zoe
